In a location famed for dishes of duck, lamb, goats cheese, walnuts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, suppliers are local and often from the same community. In fact, we cultivate our own walnuts and seasonal fruits and vegetables; our neighbour makes artisanal ice creams.

We have a select list of locally sourced organic red or rose wines of Cahors (original Malbec ‘Black Wine’) for you to enjoy with your dinner or for sale separately to take away.
